ALL of the staff are just nice folks. Latest experience had discomfort near a filling called at 9:20 am and was in the dentist office being seen 40 minutes later. Great service. I was about 45 minutes late, and the day” NO PROBLEM, your here and your day gets a lot easier from here! Boy, was he on point with that comment. First of all I have a very small mouth wither the largest tooth located in the back of my mouth, and is the largest tooth. His staff made me fell right at home, especially having to cut the largest tooth in my mouth out! I slept through the procedure, and was very pleased the procedure was completed. If your looking for a GREAT DENTIST! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR. Allin and staff. Even ona bad day, they do there best. Tell them: "EARL STRONGLY Recommended their Dental practice!!" You can’t go wrong!

I came to Allin Family Dentistry as a new, but emergent patient, having lost the crown off a bottom first molar. They got me in the same day, assured me the tooth could most likely be saved (I was expecting extraction), and scheduled me for the temporary crown placement the following day. Dr. Mondry, Shaleena and Kim could not have been nicer, as were the staff on the phone and at the front desk! I now have a new dental family, and my husband has made an appointment with them as well. WOW, the best experience I've ever had at a dentist!!! I hadn't gone in 10 years and was nervous about a cavity filling. But as soon as I was greeted by the staff I felt genuinely cared for and nurtured. They were efficient while also being very friendly and taking the time to be attentive to my specific needs & requests. It felt more like friends working on a project together (the project being my teeth lol) than me being a "patient at a dr's office." I was pleasantly surprised by the Dr.'s patience & gentleness with me, making me feel very well cared for and comfortable. This is saying a lot since I almost freaked out when I realized I had to get a shot in my mouth!! The assistant sweetly held my hand for comfort throughout the process while I relaxed to some of my favorite music that they let me play on the speaker. I left feeling very happy and grateful for the high quality care I received!

Prior to being a patient here , I had tried many different dental offices and dentists around Ocala ( 35 years), This is the best, I don’t think you could find a better Staff and Doctors! The in house insurance plan is very good and affordable for anyone that does not a good Insurance plan , I had their plan for several years until my UHC plan offered Dental. The Allin staff reviewed my new UHC plan and recommended I use the UHC plan , Allin Dentristy offered to put me back on the their plan if UHC ever dropped my coverage ! I’ve recommended this office to all my friends, family.

Love this office! From the time you walk in the door until you walk out the experience is positive! Love Dr. S. Allin's approach to carrying for your dental needs, provides thorough explanations of what he is doing or going to do. Very caring with you as he goes about work, his procedures are well done, yet he is very gentle in his work. I am a dental chicken and usually have to have nitrous for procedures, Dr. Allin and dental assistants so calm, caring and gentle I just had a root canal and crown with lengthening without it, that speaks volumes! Thrilled to have found this practitioner and office!

To begin with I am not a person that loves going to the dentist! In fact it has to be an emergency for me to go! This last visit was such a blessing because again I had a crisis (bridge fell out) 3 days before we were to go on a 2 month vacation! They took me right in, reviewed what my options were, and contacted lab to see if they could help by Friday of this week. I had extractions without being put to sleep and will return Friday to get my temporary flipper! So sorry I did not get the Assistants name but she put me to ease and did everything in her power to explain and prepare me for what they were going to do! Normally I see Dr. Allin but he was off. His brother the other Dr Allin took great care of me (he told me what name he goes by but I forgot the name). Thank you to this wonderful duo that made this frighten woman at ease and helped me understand everything that was going to occur!

All the staff are friendly but from my last visit in the fall when I got sick just before a procedure , was told they would contact me to discuss other options for me but never received the call . However went back and now being told that the dr will only be in office 2 days a week starting in a couple of months . Everyone was professional and kind. I’ve been needing serious dental work for a while and the staff were calm and accommodating. They eased my nerves and explained everything they were doing and what we were looking at. They gave me a fair quote and explained the work that will be needed to get started. I felt the prices were fair and insurance covered quite a bit, so that helps. I haven’t had any work done yet to be able to judge roughness, etc. but with speaking to the team, they understood that most people have had a difficult journey with dentistry and were reassuring. I look forward to going back. Update* I was coming up on my appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted and ended up with a suspected infection and severe pain. I dealt with it for a week or so and then called the office with my plight! The office staff were professional and showed great empathy. They were able to coordinate with the dentist and get some scripts into the pharmacy to treat the infection and pain. Later that week I was scheduled to have the procedure. I had four wisdom teeth extracted and the procedure went great! I healed very nicely with minimal swelling and pain. I kept ice packs on my face through the weekend and rotated Tylenol and Motrin and had zero complications. My mouth feels so much better! I did however forget my glasses, and found myself unable to leave work early to retrieve them. I called the office (2 weeks later) and asked if they could stick em outside so I could come by and grab them after work. They complied and had my glasses sealed in an instrument bag to keep them from getting scratched. The presentation of my glasses carefully wrapped showed how genuine they are and how they cared for my belongings until I could pick them up. Soon, I’ll have a root canal done and a crown placed. Thank you for the great care Allin Dentistry! Your office is top notch and filled with caring people that go out of their way!

Called at the beginning of May as a new patient with a bad tooth! They made me an emergency appointment within 2 weeks and 2 weeks later I just got my root canal! Dr Allin was more than I expected. After a few bad experiences I honestly was nervous. But he talked me through it all. He gave me all the details on what to expect and we are set off for the next process. He was gentle and his assistant Kimberly was super sweet. Even though I couldn’t converse with them, their conversations were cool to listen to and nerdy! After getting a consultation at another dentist in the area, I received an assessment that was not consistent with my previous dental history. I went to Dr. Allin for a second opinion and he was honest with me and gave me an assessment that WAS consistent with my dental history. I went from needing a deep scaling and having two cavities to having no cavities and only needing a routine cleaning. Warm and personal, excellent communicator and man does he know his profession. I've had 2 prior extractions with different dentists which took days to heal with accompanying pain. After Dr. Allin's extraction, the very next day I was back to normal. After my visit, I could see why this dental facility is so highly rated! I've been trying to be seen by a dentist for months for tooth pain and was starting to lose hope. I called Allin Family Dental and after explaining that I believe my tooth pain was an emergency they were able to book me in two weeks. Which was a godsend for me, someone waiting months for an appointment with other dentist offices and still never received a call back from those offices because they were low staff or/and that booked up. But anywho, Allin Family Dental got me schedule two weeks after I called for an emergency appointment. When I arrived every staff member I encountered was very friendly (which is, unfortunately, not a very common thing to find in the healthcare profession anymore). They found the reason for my tooth pain, which I knew the cause of but thought they would only recommend an oral surgeon for me because it was a wisdom tooth. Every other dental office would avoid it like the plague when I mention it over the phone(which was really upsetting because I know not every dentist works on wisdom teeth but I couldn't get a schedule with an oral surgeon without a referral). But no, the lady said they work on wisdom teeth and they were able to take it out that day!! I was so relieved! The dentist was super friendly as well. The, I believe, hygienist or assistant who was working with him was so friendly and stayed with my fiance and I while waiting for my numbing medicine to kick in and was a pleasure to chat with. The removal was painless and so far I'm healing really well! And I have Medicaid which they don't take but the membership program they have for billing is amazing! I paid way less than I thought I would. The details of that membership program is on their website and explained clearly, easy to understand. I'm so grateful I came across this dentist and his amazing staff! I wish I was able to remember names better to properly thank everyone but thank you all for a great experience! I will definitely continue to go for all dental needs.

First, being that we are still social distancing, my husband could not come in with me but that was ok. We both understood. Second, the office ladies are so warm and welcoming. The technician girls are great. Thoughtful, kind and caring. Third (and this is a BIG IMPACT for me) Dr. Naveen Allin... I have been a patient of Dr. Sajana Allin in previous years so seeing a new Dr. kind of made me nervous. I had NOTHING to worry about. He took his time explaining everything to me. He was compassionate and as gentle as he could be and answered questions that other dentists had only confused me with. He is a very good person and truly cares about his patients, so it would only make sense that he is part of the best dentist practice in town. Fourth, my dental hygienist was awesome. So caring and she told me that she would have to go deep in my gums but I already knew she would. She took care to make sure I was comfortable and when it seemed like it hurt too much, (because it did) she gave me a slight break. And last but not least, my check out lady. She was so professional and kind hearted. She took care of me and finished setting up my appointments as well as helping me set an appointment for my husband and answered questions concerning the dental VIP plan for my mom. Big bonus to end my visit... I got to chat with Dr. Sajana Allin for a little bit. It was by far the best dental visit I have had with any practice since my last visit with Dr. Sajana Allin at a different location. I HIGHLY recommend Allin Family Dentistry to anyone who wants to have a great dental experience and be treated with care and compassion and not treated as a money sign.

Today, I had what I call an emergency. My crown popped out early am while I was flossing. I immediately called the office & explained my predicament. I brought my brothers girlfriend in who was having her wisdom teeth out and while there I saw my old friend Dr Naveen who is the one of the dentists there. After taking care of my friend he noticed that he had an opening of 15-20 minutes and invited me back for a free screening. He noticed that I had a cavity and offered to fix it for free. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Allin since we moved to Ocala almost 4 years ago. He has the best demeanor and patient rapport. No one likes going to the dentist but they make it as pleasant as possible. The front staff and hygenists are personable and knowledgable. Dr. Allin's brother, joined the practice last year and now they have two excellent dentists on staff. I had to have a filling done and usually the worst part is the shots. There are many good dentists and Dr. Allin is one of them. He spends time talking to his patients and does not make you feel like he is on a hurry. I have neglected my teeth for many years and now I want and need to correct them. I spent time and money at a previous dental practice and had multiple issues. Dr. Allin fixed my issue. I still have dental work that needs to be done. It is not cheap. However, Dr. Allin suggests altenatives to an overall plan to improvement. He will not sugar coat it, but he understands that patients need to plan for what they can afford to do at the present time. He offers different patient plans which help to make paying for cleanings , xrays and other procedures possible. His staff from the front desk to hygienists are very professional and make you feel at ease. If you want a dentist that is truly "All In" then you need to check out Dr. Allin and his staff! I love my new dentist! Everyone in the office is pleasant and professional. They have all the latest equipment. The office is modern, welcoming and in a setting where many of the windows look out on green pastures. Dr. Allin is kind, gentle and does an excellent and professional job in every way. I was seeking a different experience after my former dentist was bossy and unprofessional. Dr. Allin is the exact opposite. I have been going to his office since last fall. I had some teeth that needed to be removed. I’m now about two-thirds of the way through the process of getting implants. I’ve spent lots of time in a dental chair in my life and several hours with him extracting teeth and doing implants. Dr. Allin is definitely the best.

They have all been so wonderful to me every time I walk through the door. I wanted to change to a dentist close to me and my sons school . I was SO nervous as dental apts and the unknown of new offices quite frankly stress me out ! From the front office staff very friendly , hygienist( very good) I had Tammy to clean my teeth they feel amazing !!!! and then there was Dr. Allin who had me at peace ! Great chair side manner , and very knowledgeable. Said I had great teeth and would watch out for a couple possible problem spots in future . By the time I left I felt as part of the team I would be at for many years to come . They went out of their way to get me in when I could and get my cleaning same day . Actually looking forward to my apt in July and feel very comfortable now going in . Thanks to all ! For easing my stress !!

Dr. Allin is a kind and gentle man who knows his craft, and communicates in a way that is relatable and easy to understand. I have been to numerous dentists in the past, that when I left their offices I felt like they didn't care what my needs were, that I was just another number. This is not the case with Dr. Allin, he is very compassionate in everything he does and he is very detailed with all of his work. He has worked with me for a year now, fixing my teeth (which were in very bad shape), he sat down and asked me what I wanted to do, and then laid out all of my options. He was never pushy nor rushed out of the room, he made sure that all of my questions were answered. I now have a beautiful smile, I am no longer embarrassed to talk to people or feel like I need to cover up my mouth while out in public. Yesterday was the first time I ever heard of Dr. Allin's practice. I was in so much pain and calling around getting quotes, from the moment I talked to Betsy on the phone my day started getting better. Once I got in my room the assistant Lina did everything she could to help keep my mind off my pain. Very friendly! Dr. Allin let me know my tooth was to bad and needed to be removed. He removed the tooth with less discomfort then when I had filling put in as a kid. All in all Dr. Allin and his staff made horrifying experience into an actually, dare I say, pleasurable one.
